This policy covers the information DeFi Gods LLC collects through defigods.io.

What we collect

The request form on this site collects the name, company, email, a description of the work, and the date it matters by, as you enter them. Stripe collects payment information directly when you use a payment link; DeFi Gods never sees or stores your card number.

How it is used

Information from the request form is relayed to the Office of the Fleet Operator by Telegram, so the Office of the Fleet Operator can read and respond to your request. It is used only to scope and deliver your engagement, and to reply to you.

Who it is shared with

Two processors handle this information on our behalf: Telegram (Telegram Messenger LLC), which delivers the form submission as a message, and Stripe, which processes payment. Neither is used for anything beyond that function. DeFi Gods does not sell your information.

How long it is kept

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to complete and support your engagement, then deleted or archived per DeFi Gods's normal recordkeeping. Stripe retains payment records under its own policy.
